All returns must be received undamaged, in original packaging and are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Lock picks with manufacturing or structural defects may be returned for a free repair or replacement. This includes all tubular picks, automotive picks and individual picks.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
