V Cutter
The "V" Cutter is a wearable lightweight cutting tool that can be worn around the neck, attached to keys, or concealed in your boot (top lace hole).
The two blades will cuts through webbing, seat-belts, 550 cord, duct tape, etc.

Small about the length of a large key. Fits well on keyring. Good to have in case of accident.

Smaller than I thought. This cutter is very small, easy to conceal, and very sharp. Cuts great.

Excellent Tool
Great cutter, pops through paracord with ease. Haven't tried it on actual flex cuffs, but is easily cuts regular zip ties. Size and weight are perfect. You barely know it is there. It is a great addition to bracelets and zipper pulls. To use it, it is best if you have a lanyard or key ring attached, to give you pulling power. I tried to use it as is, and couldn't get it to cut. I contacted the company via email to voice my complaint and I received a phone call offering a few tips. After nearly 15 minutes of phone time, I was satisfied with the product and highly recommend it.
